Summer 2021: June 5th & June 15th
A wet and cold May meant that everything was two to three weeks behind but by early June the sun had got his hat on and we had reached "peak cow parsley".
By June we were over 15 months into the Covid pandemic and almost every overseas holiday destination was on the red list - it was time to stay at home and fight the weeds!
Talking to George's cows is one of the highlights of collecting the paper!
